Abstract

Children represent the nation. He is the mirror of the future leader and symbol of the country. The condition of children shows the social, economic and cultural progress of the country. That's why its all-round development is the first condition for the development of the country. Every child born brings with it some of its fundamental rights. He has as much right to live with basic facilities as adults or children of affluent classes. Access to education and nutritious food, access to health services, playground facilities, all these are the rights of ordinary children, which should not be ignored under any circumstances, but in practice the conditions are very pathetic. Nobel laureate Kailash Satyarthi says that "what can be a more serious crime than taking away children's dreams and when children are separated from their parents or forced to go to school to get an education." They are forced to work somewhere without giving permission, all this is a blot on the forehead of the entire humanity. Not only in India, the fundamental rights of the children of the whole world are being violated. Those who should have been in schools are seen working in some dhaba, hotel or industry. Despite various government and non-government practices, the number of child labor is continuously increasing. The future of these children has become bleak because of the scale of violation of the rights of poor children.
