Abstract

The child state is a foundation stone of human life because, on the basis of this, a person's life is built in the future, but at present, in the absence of discipline, ideals, and morality, people are getting attracted toward sexual crimes in such a way that even children have to face their own problems. Lust and work make you a victim of lust. Which is a very disgusting and shameful act. The life of children who are victims of sexual crimes becomes like hell in a way. Taking away all the happiness of children's childhood, it gives tears in their innocent eyes and expressions of sadness on their faces. Sometimes children have to lose their lives in incidents of rape or sexual crimes, which is a sad and irreparable loss for a family as well as for our country. For this civilized and educated society of the 21st century, all these incidents are extremely shameful and soul-shattering, because as we all know today that children are the future of the country, and the future citizens of tomorrow. Therefore, it is the ultimate duty of all of us to protect the children. But the sad thing is that even today in the 21st century, people try to cover up these crimes due to infamy, fear and hesitation, etc. and due to this, the situation becomes so terrible that more than half of such crimes are registered on record only. Due to this, sexual crimes against children are increasing day by day, which is a matter of serious concern. In order to protect children from sexual crimes, the Government of India passed the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012, but despite this, despite many legal provisions, sexual crimes against children are continuously increasing. Which is a challenge for all of us along with our police, law, and justice system. What are the reasons for this? Where did you miss? Why are these crimes increasing? Do sexual crimes against children stop just because the law is made? The resolution of all these questions and research problems has been presented through research study in a very interesting, meaningful, and scientific way through the presented research paper. Important research methods such as functional research method, experimental research method, literature research survey method, case study, etc. have been used scientifically for the present research study.
